Custom In-House Group Programs

A three-day intensive workshop in which 20 to 40 of your promising, up-and-coming executives learn about transforming their life skills into effective leadership. The in-house group Arch of Leadership program is taught in an intensive, completely interactive format that provides meaningful learning as well as great fun for all its participants.

While individual attention is offered by Arch of Leadership mentors, the group in-house program relies on peer interaction and experiential learning to open up new possibilities of leadership excellence.

Your company benefits from this program in many ways:

Using this program, a whole group of your high-potential leaders are introduced to a common vision of leading.

The intensive group atmosphere creates camaraderie among your up and coming leadership group, and helps them to collaboratively energize the entire organization.

The important, life-changing information they assimilate is put into practice immediately, throughout your company.

Your key leaders gain a greater appreciation of the company's leadership, and as a result, they elevate their own commitment and perform at a higher level than ever before.

Employees see what effective leadership, offered throughout the company, can mean to them.

Program Guidelines:

The group in-house program is always geared to meet the specific demands of your company. Our preparation includes extensive interviewing of your key leaders and extensive research into the dynamics and culture in which attendees must lead.

The program is concentrated and intensive so that it does not take them out of their critical roles for an extended period of time. Many of our clients incorporate a weekend day for the program, to minimize the time leaders are away from their groups.

Groups of up to 50 people can be accommodated. We recommend a group of no less than twelve participants.

We recommend that the CEO or senior site executive take part in a full program (through the Forum or through individual mentoring) prior to the group sessions. The CEO or senior executive in charge of the group is encouraged to take part in the program as one of the leaders and as an "audience" for several key exercises.

Any one of several site arrangements is possible. Your group can join us in one of our exquisite New Mexico sites, we can come to at a location near your facility, or at a location of your choice or we can offer this program right in your facility.
