The Arch of Leadership Forum™

The Arch of Leadership Forum™ creates a safe, confidential and structured environment in which CEOs, general managers and other senior executives can interact with their peers -- people who understand the leader's work, life and aspirations -- from other companies.

The Forums are organized in your community among your peers and associates. The site of the forum is carefully selected for comfortable and interesting ambiance, access to the latest learning technology, and suitable grounds for strolls and relaxation.

In small, group settings, participants learn essential leadership life skills and practices, so they can grow along with the new challenges they face as leaders.

We have found that small, peer groups, that meet consistently over time:

Ensure high value for each participant.

Maximize retention from instruction, experiential learning and self-guided     study.

Support quick integration of new ideas into real life situations.

Reinforce the value received from individual mentoring.

Accelerate learning and commitment to new practices.

Program Guidelines:

Association with the Arch of Leadership Forum™ begins in an individual meeting, with a qualified mentor who helps design an individual development plan. Groups are created by carefully selecting and blending compatible and complimentary members from among the applicant pool. All applicants are interviewed prior to placement in a group.

The program continues with six, bi-monthly, one-and-a half day group sessions. During the off-month, we provide a scheduled mentoring conversation either in person or by telephone to supplement and reinforce the group experiences.

Members will be asked to complete custom-designed, practical, real-time leadership assignments that will fit with their actual leadership situations.

Some reading is recommended. The amount and the content are adjusted to meet with individual learning styles and work schedules.

Additional, in-person mentoring sessions are available.

Each Arch of Leadership Forum™ is limited to 10 participants.
